How do you bill?
We have migrated to minimum purchase of 10 occurrences at $40 for your driveway. For each sidewalk you want done (service or public) it will cost and additional $10 per occurrence per sidewalk.

$400 Driveway
$500 Driveway and 1 Walk
$600 Driveway and 2 Walks
You can either pay in full at the beginning of the snow season (and get a 3% discount if you pay by check) OR pay in 4 equal installment payments.

Can you do a 1-time snow removal?
No.
 
What is an occurrence?
An occurrence is every time we show up to your property and remove snow. There can be more than one occurrence per snow event....it all depends on how much snow is dropped.

Can I be one of the first properties to be plowed?
Unfortunately there's not much we can do. To keep costs down, we develop a route density map that maximizes our time and keeps our expenses to a minimum. Rest assured, we are working hard to get to each home as quickly and safely as possible. There are no exceptions to this rule. It drives our cost up and it's not fair to our clients.

So when does Rooney come out?
We come outt towards the end of any snowfall 2" or greater. If there is a heavy snowfall (2"-8") 2-3 occurrences will be made by our crews. Anything over 8" is a blizzard and we will be plowing until the event is over. Blizzards could incurr additional charges. You must allow us 8 hours after every event to get your driveway cleared. We simply do not know when the snow will start or stop.

What if I don't want you to plow several times during a big event?
For safety reasons and for coordination of the crews, we adhere to a strict schedule and can not deviate from it. Our schedule is designed to maximize efficiency and safety.

What if you are at my house less than 10 times, do I get a refund?
Sorry, we are not offering refunds at this time. Our office is staffed, our mechanics are on duty, our crews are working to prepare the material for snow events. Unlike other businesses, we take a proactive approach to snow removal rather than reactive. This is a full time job and we want you to have the best experience as possible.

How will the snow be removed?
We use skid-steers, snow blowers, snow brushes and shovels. We do not use damaging snow plows on your driveway.

What if you come to my home more than 10 times?
For each additional occurrence after 10, we will charge a discounted rate for your driveway way and walks (if you are having them done). $35 per occurrence for your driveway. Each walk will only be $5 a piece per occurrence.

What about salting?
Salting is provided at an additional charge.

What you clear my neighbors driveway while you are clearing my driveway?
Unfortunately we are on a tight time schedule and do no provide ad hoc requests.
